Boule ships UPS Overnight, 2-Day and Ground and we take great care in packaging your order. However, DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS (May through October) we ship perishable product ONLY overnight, due to the heat.
ALL GLACERIE must be shipped overnight. There will always be an ice pack in the shipping container to ensure that your order arrives in perfect shape.
To care for Boule’s artisinally made chocolates store in a cool, dry place. Boule chocolates must be consumed within two weeks after purchase.
Placing and Shipping of Orders:
ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 11AM PACIFIC TIME (GMT-8) TO BE PROCESSED THE SAME DAY, to insure you get the package within the time frame you've requested. Orders after 11AM will be sent out the following day. We only ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
Be sure to add your day time telephone number in case we have any questions about your order.
Shipping rates are determined by the size of the order and the destination of the shipment. Additional shipping and handling may be added to orders over $150. Please inquire for larger orders.
International Shipments:
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Special Delivery:
For Saturday delivery, please specify in the comment section of your order and please add $15 to the total cost of shipping.
Tracking Your Order:

Delivery Signatures:
Our terms of shipping require signature on receipt of the order. If you choose to select the option to have the carrier leave the a package without a delivery signature, you agree to indemnify and hold the carrier and Boule harmless from any resulting claim.
Tax:
Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to addresses within California.
